COMMUNITY GUIDELINES – COLLECTGIRLS

1. PURPOSE
These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour expected from everyone using CollectGirls. They apply to accounts, usernames, profiles and any future social, trading, gifting, guild, messaging, leaderboard or community features.
2. RESPECT OTHER PLAYERS
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame or deliberately target another person. Do not encourage others to pile on, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or share private information.
3. HATEFUL AND ABUSIVE CONTENT
Do not promote hatred, dehumanisation, exclusion or violence against people based on protected or personal characteristics. Slurs, hateful symbols used to intimidate, and targeted degrading content are prohibited.
4. SEXUAL AND EXPLOITATIVE CONTENT
Do not post sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material or content that is unlawful. Do not use CollectGirls features to solicit, groom or exploit another person.
5. THREATS, VIOLENCE AND SELF-HARM
Credible threats, encouragement of violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious harm and content glorifying real-world harm may be removed and reported where appropriate.
6. USERNAMES, PROFILES AND IMPERSONATION
Do not use usernames or profile content that impersonate CollectGirls staff, another player, a public authority or another real person in a misleading way.
Usernames containing targeted abuse, hate, explicit sexual content, threats, personal information or attempts to evade moderation may be changed or removed.
7. CHEATING AND EXPLOITS
Do not use or distribute cheats, modified clients, scripts, injected code, request manipulation, database manipulation, duplication methods or other techniques that provide an unintended advantage.
Do not knowingly exploit bugs to generate Coins, cards, rewards, spins, fusions, purchases or account progress. Report serious exploits privately rather than sharing instructions.
8. BOTS AND AUTOMATION
Do not use bots, macros, crawlers, automated pack opening, automated reward claiming, account farms or scripts that interact with CollectGirls unless expressly authorised in writing.
9. ACCOUNT SELLING, SHARING AND REAL-MONEY TRADING
Do not buy, sell, rent, lend or share accounts. Do not sell CollectGirls Coins, cards, variants, rewards or services for real money or external value unless CollectGirls expressly introduces and authorises such a feature.
10. FRAUD AND PAYMENT ABUSE
Do not use stolen payment methods, make knowingly false unauthorised-payment claims, abuse refunds or chargebacks, manipulate receipts or attempt to retain digital items after reversing payment.
11. SPAM AND SCAMS
Do not send repetitive unsolicited messages, deceptive links, phishing attempts, fake giveaways, investment schemes, malware or other scams through CollectGirls features.
12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Do not publish another person’s private contact details, account credentials, address, financial information or other sensitive personal information without permission.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Do not upload or distribute material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not scrape, redistribute, commercially exploit or use CollectGirls artwork and characters for AI training without permission.
14. FAIR PLAY IN FUTURE FEATURES
If trading, gifting, guilds, events or leaderboards are introduced, do not collude, manipulate rankings, operate deceptive trades, pressure users, evade limits or use multiple accounts to obtain unintended rewards.
15. REPORTING
Reports may be sent to {email}. Include the username, date, description and screenshots where available. Do not submit knowingly false or retaliatory reports.
16. ENFORCEMENT
Depending on the conduct and available evidence, CollectGirls may issue a warning, remove content, reset an inappropriate username, reverse illegitimate rewards, restrict features, suspend an account or permanently terminate access.
We may consider severity, risk, intent, history, impact and attempts to evade enforcement. Serious fraud, security threats or unlawful conduct may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where appropriate.
17. EVADING ENFORCEMENT
Creating or using another account to avoid a restriction or suspension is prohibited and may result in action against related accounts.
18. APPEALS
You may request a review by emailing {email} with the account details and a clear explanation. An appeal does not guarantee that an enforcement decision will be changed.
19. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
We may update these Guidelines as CollectGirls introduces new features or encounters new safety and integrity risks. The latest version applies from the date stated when published.
